In our secure and friendly senior living residence in Perpignan, we offer various spaces to help you break out of isolation and connect with other residents: a lounge area with a television, an activity room, and small private lounges with board games and libraries. In the summer months, you'll also have access to a swimming pool open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. A large parking lot is located opposite Mas des Arcades.

You'll stay in one of our 47 apartments in a quiet setting. All utilities are included in your rent: water, telephone calls, cleaning and maintenance of common areas, waste disposal, and air conditioning and elevator maintenance. You can choose from two packages including numerous services.

The animations

A facilitator is present every day to offer you various activities physical, cultural or fun, outings can also be organized. In a good mood, let yourself be tempted by our entertainment such as gentle gymnastics, yoga, singing, memory workshop, conference, debates, lotto, board games, painting, choir, creative hobbies, but also activities outings to the museum and theater. Snacks are organized on public holidays and weekends. Ask reception for the entertainment program.

24 hours a day, 7 days a week, a presence is guaranteed at the reception. The reception will be able to answer all your questions and your needs. The reception will also control the comings and goings for your safety.

Security

You will live in a protected and secure environment. In addition to the 24/7 presence, we have chosen to fence off the Mas des Arcades and equip it with video surveillance cameras. In the event of a problem, you can trigger your emergency medallion directly connected to reception.

Mobility assistance

Our staff can come visit you in your apartment if necessary. We can also accompany you to your medical appointments or to go shopping. Our entire team will be at your disposal to offer you adapted solutions.

Access to care

We can offer you a network of quality caregivers. On request, professionals can visit you. A laboratory can come to your home for your medical analyses. Pharmacies can deliver your medications to you. You will be completely free to choose our help.

Permanent services

The quiet senior residence in Perpignan provides daily services: minor technical maintenance of your apartment and garden, upkeep and maintenance of the common areas, maintenance of the landscaped grounds, swimming pool, and lounges, as well as household waste removal.
